Make us feel happy at work in order for us to perform the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel over worked and under paid. They say there is room for growth but I don't see that and a raise every year? That's not true. I asked a few times, with great customer service and I withhold the values at sephora, but only 20c. You are owed by LVMH and we constantly surpass budget.
