I really love my job and how clear my expectations are.

My Team is so great, we are all very focused on doing the best by our employee's which keeps us on the same page and able to go through system errors and anything that comes up as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel very appreciated on my team and that my managers care about my well being as well as my work. I feel very supported by my team and the events are such a fun treat. Excited to be on the Sephora team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel so safe at work. This is the first company I have worked for that is mostly women and I have never felt more comfortable with workplace dynamics before. I am also queer and have felt very welcomed by my team members. Definitely the healthiest workplace culture I have been in.
