What makes you most happy at work?

Nothing makes me happy about work right now

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Jean Andre is amazing and really seems to care not only about the company but the people. I hope that he imparts that wisdom on Artemis too. Other execs seem okay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Retail is in general underpaid. I believe Sephora is about 10 - 15% off the mark on pay. Health benefits are expensive and there are so manyother benefits that could be offered at full cost to the employee such as Allstate or lifelock identity insurance or umbrella policy coverage
