I believe the leadership team needs to stop talking about other people behind their backs and just ignore the problems. Unless it really effects all of us (staff members) then it's better to confront them later instead of gossiping during work and not paying attention to the customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I actually want positive vibes in there, but because I know what's going on between staff members it's just giving me awful headaches. I'm not here to babysit and listen to some middle school dramas I am here to work, earn, and help people about their beauty difficulties.
