They do listen to concerns and are pretty fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the workload is just too much for what you’re paid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s positive for the most part. You do get some rude customers but it’s pretty great of for the most part.
