What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our coworkers treat each other like family, but I cannot say the same about management
What are some of the best things about your team?
I felt like my team members were the best part of working at Sephora, we love coming to Sephora because we would be able to learn more about the company and the brands Sephora carries
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store director at my store and a leadership member, made me feel unwanted and unappreciated coming to work. They always had something negative to say to me, and hulimated me in front of a brand representative.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more thorough with your new hires, we are immediately send to the register with no help or assistance and if we mistake that they have not inform us about we are reprimand for information that weren’t talked to us
