Seeing my coworkers and accomplishing tasks together makes me most happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked that they genuinely care about the company and, therefore, the people who work for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with many different personalities. Everyone is super funny and gets along really well, which makes working fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment promotes being yourself. The culture encourages expressing yourself in any way you want and is overall very accepting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I feel I am getting what I deserve. I have worked with many companies who have shorted me in the past.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I had a group interview. It made me feel less nervous and we could all relate to each other and build off of each others answers.
