He could be some negativity within the management so mostly you just try to surround yourself with positive team workers

Communication and better management I had to have respect for the people they take time out of their day to help them run a company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of parents just have complaints I think a lot of complaints from workers and family members should be taken more seriously and once again communication could be way better
