Terrible company. They recently bought out my old company and told us we would all get substantial raises. In less than 2 weeks they recanted and told all the staff working overnight sleep shifts that they were not going to be paid the $15 an hour that was promised but $10.30 an hour. Devastating!

Co workers are fine no problems

They need to offer fair training

These people need to stop being greedy and selfish and stop cutting employees pay with no warning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to pay all employees the same. Employees working overnight should be pais the same as other employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to pay better and offer apologies in the form of cash bonuses to every overnight sleep staff that they unfairly cut thier wages with no warning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct supervisor is pretty good. Corporate is greedy, uncaring unsupportive bunch who give no thought to destroying good people financially and running good employees out of the company all to save a few bucks for themselves.
