There is no employee handbook. No Human resources department. I have to go though a supervisor that never has any answers to my questions. If I have a problem there is nobody or department to contact.

Just the people I have direct contact with, mainly the individual I care for.
What makes you most happy at work?
The individual I care for makes my day everyday. The smiles I get and happiness he shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What company meetings, if you referring to the once a month meeting with manager that last 5 minutes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I got laid for all hours worked. The clock in app is frequently messing up, then I have to fill out a form for my manager, and hope it's turned in on time.
