Staff teaching the clients their rights and doing their job. Staff training new staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation has no benefits package. I have had no raise In Over 4 years!!! The golden rule of life is not followed and this the company destroys itself . Do unto others what you will do for yourself. The pay for dsp is totally unfair!!! America is declining due to unfairness.
