I am a bottim of the barrel employee. All levels of management, direct supervisor to CEO, has no issues with lying to us or changing the rules at will to suit their own needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can't think of anything positive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to hold them accountable for the work they are supposed to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying to employees and following through with the promises made by all lebels of management.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Fire the hiring coordinator. It takes FOREVER to hear back from her and for her to extend an offer. You can make excuses all day about the time it takes to hire someone and do a background check, but when the competition does it in half the time, the company has a problem.
