Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long 5ime employee who has had maybe a 75 cent raise in 7 yrs time. I train folks who make a quarter less. Better and guaranteed paid vacations. Not hassled when sick or needs to take care of self.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually do their jobs. Favorites set their own schedules and otherwise don't listen to instruction, don't pay attention to the clients and all of them pick and choose their duties. Also l they lack integrity and self awareness completely. No personal accountability. Pathetic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest. Being fair. Being good Stuart's for our clients. PAY YOUR GOOD LONG TIME WORKERS MORE than lazy, negligent newbies. Pay increases for long timers. Vacations and time off. For everyone. Hell. We don't even get breaks and lunches. Can't go to appointments or take time off. SLAVE LABOR.
