Listening to the concerns of the employees who actually do the direct cares of the clients and not just brushing off our ideas or concerns.
The clients. I love our clients. They are like a second family. It is so fun to see them enjoy different things that we do together. It's so fun to see them grow as individuals.
The clients are wonderful. So are some of the coworkers. It's the coworkers who talk behind other coworker's backs that is a problem. Also the boss lording their authority, ever so subtly, over the employees, has to stop.
People need to stop judging and comparing their work to that of their coworkers. Also, if 1 employee has a problem with another employee, the 1st employee should go to their coworker who they have a problem with instead of running to the boss and complaining.
