We are not seen as employees .you treat us like nothing we deserve raises and hazard pay but that never happens .we live paycheck to paycheck.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You need to tell your people when someone has been exposed to covid.we are going into other homes and risking our lives plus our families.you never even payed us hazard pay and where are our vaccines .you could care less about your employees.this company is the worst.we need someone to listen to us.
