I love working for Sila because of it's product, people and great opportunities. Most of all, I feel part of a big thing by being a Silazen, it is due because of it's product. I feel I am contributing for a cleaner environment by being here.

variety of work. Excellent project opportunities.

not comparable to contributions/inconsistency in internal equity pay.

I admire how approachable the executives at Sila are and how they go above and beyond to support their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not comparable pay within same level of experience contributions. I would feel happier with a $15 to $20 K increase in pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the variety of work, projects and challenges. Great opportunities here at Sila. There's more work than people so there are lots of opportunities if you like to be challenged.
