Pay is fair, generous sick time.
Coworkers, people care about each other as people.
Management needs to help prioritize work.
General sense of shared goals.

I'd be better able to complete my responsibilities if I had easier access to necessary information and systems. I'm experiencing needing to talk to several people across various levels to get the info I need to fulfill my role. If this were streamlined I'd feel less friction with my coworkers.
