The feeling that I own the projects I lead and feeling appreciated for the work I do. People have trust and confidence in each other and help each other grow.

The leadership is transparent about positive and negative information, they are compassionate, and they have the technical background to deeply understand the issues we face in the lab or scaling up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sila talks the talk and walks the walk. They actually take action to be more inclusive, make sure people feel safe and empowered at work, and make sure people have fun while doing great work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
