Sila is an ambitious company with an exciting product thats success drives its talented employees every day.

What makes you most happy at work?

What makes me most happy is that our product WORKS!

What are some of the best things about your team?

I've never worked with a more driven, engaged, and bright group of individuals who are as motivated by sustainability as Sila's employees.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our entire executive team is highly personable and approachable. I love Sila's executives will chat up individual contributors over the coffee machines, and take time to congratulate team accomplishments in company-wide forums.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sila's approach to pay is a fair one (targeting a consistent pay point relative to market rates for all roles), but the role titles that are used to determine pay aren't always reflective of the market nuances (lack of individuals with battery expertise) that drive pay upward at other companies.
