They are technical, so they understand the time and knowledge needed to complete work and they provide useful input for projects.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Due to COVID, it's hard to get to know teammates. Being on site when you're not in a lab is painful since we don't have good seating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how dedicated the People & Culture team is to recycling and compost. That makes me feel even more like the company really cares about their goals and sustainability. The People & Culture team is also extremely pleasant, probably my favorite people to chat with.
