Our compensation is not competitive for the rapidly growing sector requiring skilled talent that we are in. We set 90th percentile performance and scope expectations with 50th percentile base.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Sila are dedicated, kind and extremely smart on the whole. I value Silazens as humans first and then as coworkers. The people are definitely the best part about the org.
