Good company to work for. Believe in the company and in the companies future. I would hope that they would prioritize retaining good employees by compensating them well, and not bringing in new employees at the same salary. Company should pay current employees significantly more than market value.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you get a title change, you do not get a pay bump. Then next time you are up for a review you fall into a range for how much your salary can increase. You are asked to do much more and have more responsibility in your "new" role, yet your compensation stays the same. Doesn't make sense
