Open communication, fewer meetings, bottom-up strategic thinking, working meetings, making sure all voices are heard

Poor communication, too much manual updating of information. Stakeholders are not informed when there are changes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is lower than comparable roles within the area. There is also a lot less work life balance than other companies with better compensation
