Our team is engaging, and driven to do very good work. They are considerate and friendly and fun to be around.

The executive team at Sila is generally very open, providing employees with information on the state of the business, long-term goals, organization changes, and challenges.

The team I work with is very motivated to produce high-quality work and results, and is very collaborative to make sure the team wins, not just individuals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that there is a re-benchmarking process that occurs every year. Not only is my performance going to update my comp, but the company takes efforts to make sure that my salary reflects the current market for my job title.
What makes you most happy at work?
Two things - the informal chats that occur in hallways or over lunch where co-worker bonds are strengthened and often, problems are solved or collaborative plans are made, and those meetings where productive discussion occurs and an important decision is made with buy-in from the whole team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very inclusive, making sure that everyone has the opportunity to be heard and to voice their opinions. We don't shy away from having engaging discussions and disagreements, but we do so from the point of view that everyone's ideas come from a place of making the company successful.
