The people make Sila a wonderful place to work. Our leadership needs to work on fully delegating key aspects of the work and improving how we make decisions as a company. We also need to change our compensation to stop limiting our growth. In spite of those issues this is a fantastic place to work.

50th percentile comp against similar-stage companies doesn't cut it in our field. We're competing for talent against mature companies.
