One of the aspects of our environment that I love is that we have office dogs. It makes the office space fun!

My team cares deeply about one another. We are able to help one another out when things get busy because we have a broad set of skills.

I appreciate that Sila takes time to have regular company wide events and supports smaller team building events. These events have been instrumental in keeping spirits up over the past few years due to COVID.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not sure that people's broad scope of work is always taken into consideration when comp adjustments occur. Perhaps my work needs to be more visible for leadership. My team is also just paid less compared to other teams based on the market which doesn't feel good for the work being done.
