Great small-team dynamics. Lots of very bright people, and people having a sense of humor, makes the hardest work more enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture from the top down is very concerned with the "whole employee" and I never feel like just anther cog in an impersonal machine.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For the employees that have been here multiple years, make the transition from Startup mentality to Enterprise mentality. Look for opportunities to make solutions more secure and robust, instead of taking the faster path.
