I really like my coworkers and direct manager. Not a fan of the leadership above. The slow and inconsistent decision making is upsetting. Recent restructuring process seems to be well intended, but the results seem inefficient. More meetings, more talking, even more politics, less doing.

The general comp levels in my field has gone up significantly, and Sila is lagging behind. Comp needs to increase further to stay competitive, and we need more liquidity events.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So much documentation for the sake of documentation. Too much discussion and consensus finding instead of getting stuff done. Artificial feel good atmosphere instead of honest feedback. Decision take forever, and are flip flopping, too.
