Since I started to work this company, everyday is a new experience for me to work in multiple tasks and being more open to think and risk wisely. I see myself a huge improvement since I joined Sila. Hoping it continues like this! Eager to see myself educated enough for this technology.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the efforts that we put through the past year it was not quite easy with all the pandemic issue. But I am most happy that I COULD take this opportunity to improve my skill and find the best way to explore my skills in different areas.I have learnt a lot more than I was expecting and more to come
