We get along very well and joke around a lot, but when it comes down to it, we get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am occasionally asked to perform tasks that are far outside of my job description. I don't mind doing extra work, but I need to get paid for it.
