Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sila touts a 50th percentile salary compensation policy, while trying to maintain a talent pool well above the 50th percentile in performance and work output. This is very challenging, especially when these roles require living near the facility in a very high cost of living area.
