What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite aspect of our leadership team is that their use of teamwork is second to none. They are leaders, they do not give orders, they see what needs to be done and works with everybody to get the best possible outcome.

I would say the unlimited days off. (which no one takes advantage of)

they are team players, always there to help and answer questions.

My team have become my friends. They are not just people I work with, they are people I interact with outside of work hours and genuinely enjoy talking to. When it comes to work, they are the best people to work with, because they help with anything and encourage everybody into doing their best

The fact that you feel seen. They are always checking in to make sure you are happy or have any concerns.
