What is the best part about your compensation package?
long and short term disability, health benefits are expensive but they always are.

I really love that there is a benefits package for everyone, no matter their circumstances. I do wish there was more room for promotions based on performance and the capability for growth. Overall though, the compensation is fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that there is always room for improvement... The percentage on a each deal could be better

Very laid back and relaxed atmosphere, dress down, no micromanagement, just do your job and enjoy.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Really liked the manager, I knew we'd get a long well and had the opportunity to spend time with coworkers before accepting the position

The turnaround time after the interview was quick. They did not drag their feet or take so long where I felt inclined to call and inquire about an update.

The interview process was formal but once I was called in to speak with my supervisor, she made it very easy to talk to her and calm my nerves.

The independence. Everyone understands their role here and what they should and shouldn't do. I like that I am not micromanaged. It keeps the stress level down and that keeps me happy.
