Been here 6mths but have not regretted my decision for a second. I truly feel this is a long term home for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy what I do and believe in the companies values and commitment to their employees and communities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their humanity and relatability. They are not put on a pedestal and treat themselves no different than the rest of the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my comp package is my ability to bonus semi-annually. Although, I would prefer to bonus monthly, based on my hires.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the ones that have know what they are doing, really know what they are doing. I am able to continue sharpening my skills around them to continuously learn and grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy that the CEO/executive team takes time to really connect with their employees. They have created a safe space for us to share our wins/loses both professionally and personally. Additionally, they don't just sweep heavy social issues under the rug and expect business as usual.
