Our team is fun and real. Regular meetings. Not always strictly business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For as long as I've been here, I've never taken the health insurance. Yet there has been no additional 'perk' because of it. Very minimal 401k match. HSA contribution means nothing to me because I don't take the health insurance.
