The company in itself is amazing and so is the work we do, but i feel the direct leaders need to learn how to lead with the employees in mind not just the success of the numbers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to at least get us to be a great team to each other
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers as a team, helping each other out and lifting each others spirits. To do good every day
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all empathetic, eager to work and learn, and care about each other as a person and as a valued team member.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and hours spent extra here at the facility, overtime is great but not when its half less of what you already make, and we do not make that much. Not a living wage at least.
