The most positive attribute of the culture/environment of the company is TEAM WORK!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other out without complaint! I love that I can take a day off and know that my team will come together to knock out my work so I can come back stress free.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my management team! They are very understanding and work with my schedule when it comes to events/appointments for my children. When I, or anyone on the team are out on PTO for the day, the leadership team comes up with a plan for the rest of the team to help out so we don't have backlog.
