I'm consistently made to believe my work isn't good enough.
not being so demeaning and be carful how they speak to others .
Respecting their employees.. If they believe that they should be respected they should do the same. Also it wouldn't hurt if they showed empathy and consideration.
a raise would be nice, and it'd make me feel more welcomed and wanted if they wouldn't make it seem that we are just numbers and replaceable. my managers do not care how we feel and say "this business" but they don't realize that they are pushing away employees who loved working for the company
