i dont know much about this company as i have just started working here two weeks ago. so far my manager and team lead have been great! it does not seem like our goals for bonuses are reachable at all though. i know they havnt bonused in months-year

trying to accomplish my workload and getting it done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work required, i believe the position i am in should have a starting rate of $20.00 an hour
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i just started working for this company about two weeks ago now and our team lead Maricela silva was absolutely incredible when it came to training. my manager diana lopez also seems great so far!
