Teamwork. We have our days we fall behind but the team comes together and makes miracles happen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like the fact that we are constantly in the loop of changes/additions to the company via newsletters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
if our manager/supervisor isn't around for help we can always rely on the team. we all help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now what makes me happy is knowing i have the opportunity of working from home. i don't have to spend so much money on gas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are a lot of companies that pay alot more than normal. a warehouse job that requires absolutely no experience pays more than what a good majority of us get paid and we have some experience.
