The company over all has been satisfying. Every company has their highs and lows so I do not expect perfect but when lows come along we are able to over come them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the work environment with the company because we work from home but still stay interactive with our team throughout the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our billing team management is very attentive from our work to our personal life. They understand that most of us are employees AND mothers. Which makes our jobs so much rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in the dental field for 15+ years and I feel like I should get paid a little more than new employees just coming in. Other companies are starting in the 20s for similar jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Billing team is awesome. The majority of us have been together for years, through COVID, furlough and coming back better than ever. We always have each others back when it comes to PTO, new tasks, etc. Best Team Ever
