When I have asked for accommodations and had a doctor's note they have honored it. Communication within the department from leadership to the team has to be better. They need to slow down when talking and ask if there are any questions. Don't like that you lose your PTO if you leave.Should payout

I don't know them and have had no personal conversations with them. So I have no opinion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing, I love working from home so I can I do my work and be done for the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With my years of experience, my good performance as a part-time person I think my hourly comp should be higher.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better communication in the CEC call center with leadership. Their cmmunication is very poor. They don't follow up on issues or concerns at team meetings or in email unless you ask. So you don't know if something is still broken or fixed. They change your hours without asking. They make OT mana
