We've fallen from how good we used to be but it's still better here than most places to work at. Management cares about your success, there's clear communication, our team works well. The problem is no matter how good we are, it's the failings of other parts of business that get in the way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate quickly and friendly. Great senses of humor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dismantling the bonus structure and getting paid a higher rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a sense of open communication - I can talk to any of my managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In regards to schedules they are pretty good about switching shifts, getting back to you on PTO and fixing discrepencies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Really helping someone who needed it - scheduling someone in pain for the same day or getting them in at an office I know can do good for them.
