We interact a lot of any concern and we help each other on any concern we might have
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact I'm able to help every patient that by getting insurance paid for their portion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I have been overload with work and not getting paid as i should most of my team only handle one market, me on the other hand I work two market with same paid as i working one, i believe if im working two markets i should get a paid increase on my pay hourly.
