I thought it was going to be ok when I started here but was very apprehensive about working a place mostly run by woman since women can be catty and gossip and I was right. even though I was hoping to be wrong. it is what it is though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very helpful is you have questions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it's not all of them just a few. truth is it is mostly team leads. no one here really make me care about their behavior much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The training here when I first started was terrible and still is lacking in so many ways. there are may other things but there is not enough space to go over them all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No catty behavior would be nice. mangers telling their leads not to talk bad about their employees. better insurance coverage. an HSA/FSA card that will cover all my RX, vitamins and other health care needs. nd a cost of living raise for the inflation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the insurance is AWFUL. if I have and FSA card to use to pay for my RX with MY MONEY ON IT THAT COMES FROM MY PAYCHECK then I should be able to use it for that and vitamins and other OTC medicines and I CAN'T. and the ins hardly covers ANYTHING. 70%/30% is garbage insurance coverage.
