the PTO and holiday pay are a key to keeping satisfied employees we are able to benefit working had and getting time off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
on slack we can communicate very easily so if it is someone's birthday you get a shout out and everyone tells you happy birthday
What are some of the best things about your team?
when i have a question i know i can count on my coworkers to help me get them answered if i am unsure about the answer myself
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the meetings and the goals but it can be a little difficult at times to meet expectations when we are also asked to complete task for other markets. I understand we are a team so I try my best to be able to do my goals and to help with others.
