Everyone is so open - you are never made to feel like you are the odd man out - its inclusive and open
What is the best part about your compensation package?
my pay is fair and my pto accumulation is amazing! it allows me the flexibility to be a mother to my kids and a happy productive employee

they are always available to help - willing to jump in and assist in any way they can - offer guidance and a safe space to work things out .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen !!! they hear me and my concerns - they acknowledge my feelings and when something can be improved, they welcome my input and allow me to take the lead on something I am passionate about.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can take care of what my kids need and still feel like a valued team member at work, people don't see my kids as a weakness or distraction. I had a job before that discouraged my family life, and even encouraged me to avoid having more kids because it would affect my career.
