We are all treaded the same simply puts a positive workplace culture and improves teamwork.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm in CBO insurance collections, What make me happy is seeing my insurance claims getting paid and giving our patient piece of mine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very positive had working dedicated we are an awesome TEAM. If any one in our team needs help there is alway someone there to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued for the reason bein that whan it came to my raise for the year of 2022 my hourly rate only increased by $0.45 and with the recent inflation of the market it is harder to survive. What would make me feel appreciated, valued would be to get paid a better hourly rate. I love my job.
