Everyone in the call center wants to see everyone win.
Being able to provide for my kids along with a chance to give world class customer service.
They're fun, lively, understanding, helpful, and kind. The call center is to be exact not in office.
I was making $17.78 in office so when I transferred they lowered my pay to $17 when I worked hard to get those raises in office. My pay should've remained the same since I was already with the company just transferring to the call center.
Since I've started the call center here recently I love it much more versus being in the office. I was a transfer from the office. The call center culture is WAY different than in office. They're more caring, honest, and lively. I finally enjoy working for the company again.
