I come from PDS another large DSO and I am very happy to be part of Smile Brands. I have received a promotion and am always being told I am doing an amazing job. We get celebrated for our hard work. Being able to express ourselves is something I never imagined in a workplace.

We have such a tight team. Always willing to help each other out.

The thing I like the most is being trusted to be able to do my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recruiting is such a rewarding job for me. I love the offer stages especially when candidates thank me and are excited for a new journey.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have only been with the company for less than a year but I do feel I am being compensated which I think is fair. I am hoping every I receive a raise for my hard work.
